Well... we got it! Apparently there was another party interested in our apartment. I guess they didn't realize it was our apartment. Anyway, after a day of very nervous waiting, we found out that this afternoon that we have a new home for the next two years. The apartment is on Hayes Road, and it's a great neighborhood where we can walk to a lot of different things!

Outdoor space! We share a small courtyard with the other tenants, but since there are only 6 units in the building, it's pretty nice...and a small pool!
