Today, April 4th, will go down in history as the day we moved to India...that's just crazy. It's amazing to think about the fact that the last several months have been a flurry of activity leading up to this moment, us sitting in the airport waiting to fly to Paris then our new home. Alan and I often marvel about all we have done, and been through, in the last year. The three day walk and a marathon, a dissertation defense, wedding, and now a new job and new home. We have a remarkable amount to be thankful for. As we sit here at the airport, we have some nerves for sure, but those are over run by the feelings of calm excitement about the journey to come, our next adventure. We are so looking forward to what the journey ahead has in store for us.
My bet is that over the next couple years we will remember this day many times. The day we made a leap, in hopes of adventure and growth and new opportunity...and we will think fondly of the day we moved to India.
